- Where I liveEdinburgh at the moment -peaceful, relaxing and amazing that each day walking to work, you see the castle on the top of the hill, each shade of light makes a difference. Grew up near the Blue Mountains of Sydney and worked in Sydney CBD.

- Do you want to stay there?I am here to broaden my horizons. Live life to the fullest. I will be basing myself in Edinburgh and may move with the seasons unless I find someone that I can not leave
- What is your occupation?I am in the Hospitality sector working in Hotels and Bars. In Sydney I worked in 5 star Hotels as an Assistant Manager and came to Edinburgh to find something different. Currently working as a Supervisor in a Bar/Lounge which is fun
- What are your future plans?Europe is across the road, so will try and explore most of it over the coming years. May move with seasons and try different places of work like French or Swiss Alps, Austria or Spain? Wherever the journey of life leads itself to....

- What kind of people do you find attractive? Eyes - I am a sucker for large beautiful eyes. Natural beauty is something I also like but it is the person within that makes the difference, the connection is important.
- FoodMost things, not a massive seafood fan but will eat some of it. I love cooking but also like to go out for dinner as well. Thai, Italian, Indian. Wil try most things....
- DrinksI enjoy a beer or cider and also white wine, mainly New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Make cocktails at work so dont mind some of them as well.
- HolidaysI travelled by myself in 2007 and visited London, Cambridge, Scottish Highlands, Salzburg, Vienna, Budapest, Prague and Cologne. Enjoyed Vienna and Prague immensely
